One of the consequences stemming from the operations conducted by the DECS subsidiaries is “population health”.  In this population health context the DECS companies would not only relate with specific individuals (using data from their personal Electronic Health Records) to manage and improve their health pre-diagnosis and post- care but, in addition, aggregate de-personalized data can be used to predict in general the health of populations in various geographies.  Use of such data can also be monetized.

Activities pertaining to the health of individuals and communities create an opportunity to market healthcare and other services directly to individuals, under a Membership arrangement… in effect creating a competitor to AARP. SAFE (working name) would be the DECS subsidiary that would pursue this opportunity.
