HealthSage Services

DECS intends to address the County and Rural Hospital market through its subsidiary HealthSage Services (working name).  HealthSage Services plans to acquire a number of “at risk” County and Rural Hospitals (and selected clinics) and keep them in business, but apply its remedial solution that consists of management, methods and technology.  Such acquisitions will include the operating licenses of the acquired hospitals; hence there will be no delay in implementing the DECS program.

Specifically, HealthSage Services would apply a new approach to address and manage these issues for County and Rural Hospital operations by using “disruptive solutions” comprised of technologies and methods that are deployed as a new business paradigm that lowers costs and provides effective delivery of healthcare and related services.  To that end, DECS has access to over 140 Consultants with the requisite experience, that can be brought on as needed under contract.
