HealthSage Tech is the technical subsidiary that supports the DECS Group but also markets parts of its technology to prospective clients in the healthcare industry.

This technical integration work (and any other technology work required including future development and support) would be performed by HealthSage Tech (working name), another of the DECS Group of Companies for HealthSage Services and all the other DECS subsidiaries.
