The solutions that HealthSage would implement for hospitals would have a positive financial impact on Medicaid Services that are offered by the States.  This creates another opportunity for the DECS Group, and therefore DECS would form another company, HGSS (which stands for HealthSage Government Support Services) in order to market to State government/institutions. When DECS solutions are applied to State run Medicaid programs the cost for these programs is expected to be reduced by approximately 30%.
